Pink & Pampered Salon is an on-call delivery and event planning service that comes to you for any occasion, and turns ANY location into a salon & day spa. Our experienced beauty professionals will come to you to provide a full range of beauty treatments. We specialize in Pamper Parties, Full Salon Services, Hair, Makeup, Skin, and Spa Packages. We will accommodate your needs of comfort no matter where you are.

Our aim is to give you the experience of the feeling like you are in a beauty salon with mobile convenience. No need to leave your house, the office, or your holiday accommodation. We come to you!

Our mobility is your convenience! Our team of experienced beauty experts can provide a full range of beauty treatments. We can even tailor a package to suit you!
Call us for bookings and inquiries between the hours of:
  • Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
  • Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

Your deposit is the balance of your total services, no exceptions. Minimum call out fee for our mobile service is $75.
After hours fees apply, except for
 Pamper Parties, unless travel is less than 2 hours drive.

In addition to delivering salon & day spa services, we also provide everything to create a spa setting at YOUR location - ANY location... We can provide robes, decor, linens, aromatherapy, lighting, music, and so much more. Our staff provides services for individuals or groups, so whether it’s for one person or one thousand guests, we’ll bring the day spa to you! 

Our menu works exactly like a caterer’s, except our staff is serving salon & day spa services. Whether you simply want to add spa stations to any gathering from a casual get-together, birthday, shower, bachelorette, holiday, corporate/promotional event, product launch, or fundraiser — to a wedding or black-tie affair — or the entire focus of your group event is “spa themed,” start by reading a description of the spa services options that we offer. 

All of our options include their supplies needed to provide the treatments, along with our mini spa decor at the stations where the services are provided; however if you need a complete location spa makeover, or additional equipment/supplies, our design team can custom create something just for you - adding as many or as little decor options, supplies, and amenities that you need, for additional fees. We also offer private label events in which our pop-up spa option turns your space into a spa using your very own branding, decor and supplies! 
Our reservation and payment policies also work very similar to a caterer’s as well... you pay for whatever you reserve in advance, plus any additions, regardless of dropouts or no shows. At your event we serve whatever you’ve ordered — so you have nothing to lose! 

While we do our best to accommodate everyone, please keep in mind that , we are ONE family-owned and operated business that serves several locations. Each event is unique, since each of you and your events are unique....with that in mind, we strongly encourage you to make your reservations in advance or contact us to discuss availability.

HOW TO BOOK A PARTY?


STEP 1:  Fill out Booking Form Here!
Email your full name, guest of honor's name, phone number, email, party address, estimated number of guests, party package of interest. preferred party date and time. Call or SMS for questions  312-884-9069

STEP 2: View the Mobile Salon Services or Pamper Party Packages. 

STEP 3: Check ADD-ONS out the optional add-on options:
Add one or more of the optional add-ons for a day to really treasure!

STEP 6: We will contact you within 48 hrs (Monday-Friday)
Once we’ve received your booking form, We’ll contact to advise of availability and answer any any questions you may have. Make sure meanwhile you’ve checked out the travel charges and other common questions on the FAQ’s pages.


STEP 7: Pay deposit via direct bank transfer or credit card
To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required via direct deposit. Once we have all your party details, we will send you a party confirmation pack via email with all the party information, Invitations for you to send guests and our bank details. You will have 48 hours from the date you receive this pack to pay your deposit and secure your booking. 



What happens after I pay my deposit?
Once your deposit is received your party booking is confirmed. 
Final guest numbers will need to be advised 1 week prior to the party. The balance is due 1 week prior to the event via direct bank transfer or credit card.


Important notes for all parties:

Please make sure each guest has clean hair, no makeup or product on face and no polish if receiving nail services. you have a cleared room with a seat (couches/chairs) for each guest and a good size cleared table in the room for us to set up if decor table not included in package option. For the music, We will need access to power in the room and access to a WiFi password. We will need to use the sink to fill foot basins. We will take a break for about 10-15 minutes, approximately one hour into the party for guests to get up and have a stretch and bite to eat,


When you book you will be emailed a detailed confirmation pack with bank details to arrange your deposit payment by direct transfer, parental slips to print and give to each guest and printable invitations. 


You will need to provide:
-RSVP date: One week prior to the party recommended by sms to your mobile.
-Party arrival time: i.e. 2pm sharp. The invitation also asks guests to arrive on time so they don’t miss out on activities.

  1. -Party finish time: Please consider having additional time (at least 30 minutes) after the Pamper Party before guests are picked up by parents - for the birthday cake, more substantial seated meals, present opening etc. if choosing one of the child or teen packages.
  2. -You will be emailed invitations and parental slips to print give to guests.

    Cancellations: The deposit is fully refundable for cancellations with 14 or more days notice prior to the party. The package must be decided on at time of booking and cannot be downsized within 14 days of the party. Upsizing is subject to package restrictions and availability.
